Smooth jazz music can be heard between 6am and 9am, and from 12 noon to 4pm Mondays to Fridays. It is also included in the music played overnight or when the station is unattended. Various announcers present this on behalf of the Board of management. Outside those times there are several smooth jazz programs presented by individual announcers. For many years the smooth jazz format was known as "The Sound of Style".

EARLY A.M. ATTITUDE EARLY A.M. ATTITUDE

Sat. 6-8am presented by Graham Johnson. Graham is one of the longer serving announcers at the station. In 1993 he was elected to the Board of management of 2CCR-FM. He was elected Deputy Chairman in 1994 and Chairman in 1995. He held that position until his retirement in August 2006. Graham was one of four people who built our on-air studio. He has done a lot of production work and for many years provided compilations for our overnight music selector. He has taken part in all of the community functions in which the station has participated since 1993 and has also trained a number of other announcers. Graham arrives at the studio at 5.30am each Saturday as he has done since March 1996 to bring listeners 2 hours of great smooth jazz music from around the world. The show gets its name from a track by Lee Ritenour and Graham starts each show with that theme. A great place to have your musical attitude adjusted each Saturday morning. SMOOTH JAZZ CDs CAN BE SENT TO GRAHAM FOR REVIEW AND AIRPLAY c/- PO Box 364, Baulkham Hills NSW 1755, Australia. FOR SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES PLEASE CHECK THE SPONSORSHIP PAGE.

Tony was a Board member of 2CCR-FM for many years and retired from the Board in August 2006. He was responsible for the selection of music for the daytime Sound of Style format. Tony was a regular participant in station festivals, parades etc. His program is popular with both Filipino and non-Filipino listeners.  Tony is presently taking a break from radio. We hope to have him back at a later date.

DAVE KOZ RADIO SHOW DAVE KOZ RADIO SHOW

This program is presented in the US each weekend and is presented each Saturday night from 7-9pm by Graham Johnson on 90.5. Graham returns from his early morning program to bring this pre-recorded program to the airwaves. Dave Koz is not only a top smooth jazz sax player but he is also an incredible on-air host. His programs feature great music, interviews, news and other items of interest to smooth jazz fans around the world. Graham imports the programs from the US to share with our listeners. Not to be missed!

SUNDAY BRUNCH
2CCR-FM has featured the Sunday Brunch program for many years. Initially it commenced with veteran broadcaster Ian Maurice. After that it was presented by Nina Harris and later Debra Dicembre. Over the years the music changed a little but always the emphasis was on good relaxing music. Paul Savrimoutou now brings his own style to the program featuring smooth jazz music. From 9-11am each Sunday.

After seeing his "serious" face on this page, Paul decided to start his own webpage. Check it out on www.sundaybrunch.net.au.
